Returns:
If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order contact our customer service department at custserv@skisocks.com. All discrepancies must be claimed within 72 hours after receipt of merchandise. A return authorization number must accompany all returns. Please contact our customer service department at custserv@skisocks.com for a return authorization number. Credits or refunds will be issued only upon our receipt of the returned merchandise in original unopened packages and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Unclaimed Goods:
Any order refused or unclaimed is also subject to a15% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.

Jurisdiction and Venue:
You agree that any legal action brought against SkiSocks.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law principles.
